* White sugar 3 / 4 cup
* 1 pinch salt
* Water 1 / 3 cup boiling
* 3 1 / 2 cups milk
* Extract 3 / 4 teaspoon vanilla
* Half 1 / 2 cup heavy cream ½

Route
First Combine cocoa, sugar and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Stir boiling water. Bring this mixture to a boil ease while you stir. Simmer, stirring for about 2 minutes. Watch it does not burn. Stir in 3 1 / 2 cups milk and heat until very hot but not boiling! Remove from heat and add vanilla. Divide between 4 mugs. Add cream cup cocoa to cool it to drinking temperature.
