Individual Chocolate Lava Cakes
* 1.5 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Bar
* 2 eggs
* 59.15 ml cream
* 118.32 ml (1 stick) unsalted butter
* 2 egg yolks
78.08 * cups sugar
* 2.46 ml vanilla extract
* 59.15 ml cake flour
Instructions
In order centers, melt 2 ounces chocolate (semi-cooked bar), and cream in a double boiler. Whisk the mixture gently. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm. The form must be 6 balls, refrigerate until ready to use.
Chocolate Lava Cakes |
Bake for about 15 minutes or until cake is firm to touch. Let stand out of the oven for about 5 minutes. Run a sharp small knife in every pot, place a plate on top, invert and remove mold. Garnish with raspberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
