Brownie Frosting Recipe



6 tbsp. butter, softened
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. light corn syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
2 tbsp. milk (add more if needed)

In a small bowl, cream butter, cocoa, corn syrup, and vanilla. Add confectioner’s sugar and milk. Beat to spreading consistency.
Makes 2 cups of brownie frosting.
