3/4 cup unsalted butter
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 
 - Melt chocolate and butter together in microwave or over medium heat. Stir and let cool slightly.
 - Beat eggs by hand in large bowl; add sugar and vanilla; continue to beat until smooth, 2-3 minutes. 
 - Add chocolate mixture and flour; stir well.
 - Pour into greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. 
 - Cool; cut into whole wheat brownie squares.
