Ingredients
1 box cake mix food demons
1 square meter. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 / 4 cup cream
1 / 2 c. vegetable oil
1 / 2 C. water
1 / 2 cup toasted almonds, chopped
1 / 4 C. mayonnaise
4 c. soup. almond liqueur (Amaretto)
4 eggs
C. 1 Tea. almond extract
C. Chocolate chips 1
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10-inch and dust with cocoa. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, except chocolate chips. Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer on medium speed. Mix with a spoon in chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes (or until done). Let cool 10 minutes before turning out. Place the warm cake on dish and glaze.
Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon almond extract. Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Let stand at room temperature until ready to glaze cake.
