While being a chocolate blogger is always fun, it’s even more fun when I wind up getting samples of chocolate to review. Samples like the ones that the folks at In tem pe ran tia out in Pacific Palisades, CA recently sent me.
Purple bow. My heart skips a beat already.
Though the box was small, it was packed with seven different chocolate creations.
In tem pe ran tia prides themselves on using top-notch organic ingredients in all their chocolates, and even offers a vegan chocolate, the solid soft vegan chocolate, which I know will appeal to the non-dairy readers here.
This chocolate is, as advertised, very soft. It interesting offers some caramel notes, which is unusual for a non-dairy chocolate, along with a lingering woody flavor. This is so soft and melts so well that I could eat it with a spoon.
Could this be done? In tem pe ran tia, are you listening? If this could happen, I’d buy several jars. Vegans, rejoice.
Have you ever tried a chocolate that you could eat by the jar?
