Chocolate Baskets

A philosophy that I really think we can all apply to our lives is moderation - eat well, but in small quantities. When I visited Turtle Cove Spa at Mountain Harbor, Arkansas, I found a dessert that is the right amount of decadent chocolate combined with fresh berries of summer. What I like about this dessert is that it seems very complicated but is actually a very simple dish to make.

Baskets Chocolate Berries Cream and French

A philosophy that I really think we can all apply to our lives is moderation - eat good food, but in small quantities. When I visited Turtle Cove Spa Mountain Harbor, Arkansas, I saw a dessert that is just the right amount of decadent chocolate combined with fresh berries of summer. What I like about this dessert, it seems very complicated, but in reality it is a very simple dish to make.

Ingredients

Sugar * 1 / 4 cup

* 1 pt. raspberries

* 1 qt. BlackBerry

* Juice of 1 lemon

* 1 tbsp. vegetable shortening

* Cream

* 1 cup chocolate chips

* 1 1 / 2 cup small black fruit

Instructions




Chocolate Baskets
Combine 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon butter in a bowl-sized microwave-safe. Microwave on high for about 1 1 / 2 minutes. Remove the chocolate from the microwave. The chips can retain its shape, but will be sweet. Mix well.

Circles tablespoon chocolate on a piece of waxed paper. Make circles of 4-5 inches in diameter. This will be the funds in your car.

Using a parchment cone (pulp paper bag) or in a plastic bag air tight in a corner cut off, rain-like lattice models in wax paper. No matter how accurate it is - just what you need.

Place the chocolate in the fridge to cool. This will take 30 minutes to an hour.

While chocolate is cooling, make the sauce of blackberries.

Soft Chocolate Cookies




Soft Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients 

2 cups brown sugar

1 1 / 2 cups white sugar

2 cups Crisco all vegetable (non-hydrogenated)

4 eggs

4 cups flour

2 c. Tea. yeast

2 c. Tea. baking soda

2 c. Tea. salt

2 c. Tea. Pure Vanilla

3 / 4 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, etc.)

2 cups chocolate chips

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Method



Beat eggs until light in color. Add all ingredients except nuts and chips in a bowl and mix until blended (about 1 minute). Stir in nuts and chips.



Soft Chocolate Cookies

Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls and cook in a preheated 350 ° F for 10-12 minutes, remove from oven when they seem to be cooked, just as the edges are lightly browned.

Chefs Note: It is important not to burn, so keep an eye on them during the final minutes and do not go the timer for the cookies of different cooking times and oven sizes more or less affect outcomes.

These cookies are dipped in large or flavored with chocolate!

Replacement therapy: Butter can be replaced, in whole or in part, Crisco, but this causes cookies to spread and to be sharp to soft.

Ingredients



Waffles With Chocolate Cream Choc-chip And Chocolate Sauce

* 200g of dark chocolate

25g * COPh

* 200 ml thickened cream, lightly mounted

* 2 cups (300g) self-raising flour

* 1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon cocoa powder quality

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

* 2 eggs, separated

* 1 1 / 2 cups (375ml) milk

* 90g unsalted butter, melted

* 150 g strawberries, hull, halved

Method




Waffles With Chocolate Cream Choc-chip And Chocolate Sauce
1. Pique 150g chocolate and place in a saucepan with COPh. Stir over low heat until melted and mixture is smooth therefore, set aside. Chop the remaining 50g of chocolate. Stir the cream through. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Sift flour, baking soda and cocoa into a bowl and add sugar. Beat the egg yolks, milk and butter until smooth. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form, then use a metal spoon, gently mix the egg whites.

3. Preheat a waffle iron supply. Pour enough to cover the base of the iron and cook according to manufacturer's instructions. Repeat with remaining dough.

Serve with waffles fourth Choc chip cream, chocolate sauce and strawberries.

Chocolate Cookie Cup Pies
 These cakes are very personal treatment summer. They are easy to do like cookies. You can also use store bought cookie dough, so they are in a minute. You only need to press the milk mix muffins, bake, and meet them when they are cold sorbet of your choice and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Simple, but elegant. They say that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication and I am inclined to accept. It would be really easy to do cookie cups, and advance in case you need a last minute desserts.

Cup Cakes Chocolate Cookies Recipe

6-7 cups biscuit ago

Sugar 1 / 2 cup

Butter 1 / 4 cup

1 cup flour

1 egg yolk

2 tablespoons chocolate chips

1 tablespoon milk

Baking soda 1 / 4 teaspoon

Tsp salt 1 / 8

Filling:

Sorbet of your choice

Preheat oven to 375 and spray muffin tins with cooking spray 7. Beat butter and sugar. Melt chocolate in microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring after each time. Stir chocolate, milk and eggs into the sugar mixture. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture and whisk until smooth.

Place 2 tablespoons batter into each muffin tin and smooth the inside of the box until abou 1 / 4 inch thick throughout. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are done. If the cut is kind of swollen, just use the back of a spoon to press into the muffin tin.

Cups of fresh cookies on baking sheets for 5 minutes and remove them in a grid. Fill with sorbet and top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate after completely cooled.
