Banoffee Pie cake




Banoffee Pie  cake
Ingredients

* 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk

2 cups cracker crumbs, about 11 cookies

* 1 stick butter (1 / 2 cup), melted

* 2 large ripe bananas

2 cups heavy cream

* 1 / 8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

* 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, grated

Instructions

Banoffee Mousse Cake - Gluten Free


This recipe has evolved teacakes bananas last post I did. Typical mood to do a full circle of gluten, no dairy, very healthy teacakes as decadent as the banoffee cake! But I started thinking, yes teacakes are nice and light, delicious and oh so virtuous, but ... .... And the little chocolate or caramel and bingo .... Banoffee cake came from there. I decided to Top Banana almond gluten-free caramel mousse foundation that meets the light of a sweet bun traditional disk. It takes a little more than make Banoffee foot, but definitely worth it and people with gluten intolerance can at least enjoy something that is not normally eat. Banoffee Pie

Ingredients

Oaty biscuits * 300g (Hob Nobs are good)

* 60 g melted butter

* 397g tin of Nestle Caramel Carnation

* 3 large bananas, sliced

* 350 ml whipping cream

* 1 c. tablespoons sugar

* 100g of dark chocolate





Method 

1. Preheat oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Crush the biscuits in a food processor, then add the melted butter and pulse to combine. Press into a pie plate 24 cm, with a removable base, in an even layer. The transfer of tin to a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned and set. Let cool, then carefully remove from pan and place on a serving platter.

2. Caramel Spread over the biscuit base and chill for 1 hour. Arrange the banana slices over the caramel. Whip cream and sugar together to form soft peaks and spread the bananas.
