* 2 1 / 2 cups all-purpose flour
* Yeast powder 1 / 2 tsp
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* Teaspoon salt 1 / 2
2 cups sugar
* 1 cup milk

* 2 eggs
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2. Coat baking powder, flour, baking soda, salt and sugar in a bowl, set aside. Beat the eggs, persimmon pulp, milk and vanilla in bowl until smooth. Fold the mixture of khaki in the flour mixture until no lumps remain dry. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack before frosting.
